So first the good news-Very rare, newer (2004) 2 family building with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths on each side on almost an acre. This is unusual indeed! Great location near town and though private not far from conveniences. Each side is fully equipped including washer and dryer. Now, for the not so great news-There is a lot of clutter from current tenants and carpeting is worn but owner is willing to give a $3000 credit in any form (closing costs/sales price).Painting will be required as well but, when done, you will have a newer building on an acre with only cosmetics and polish needed.
