I can’t enough good things about Sam. I recently had an opportunity to refer a client to Sam and I was very impressed. My standard for other agents is high, so it takes a lot to WOW me. So, I can honestly say that Sam truly WOWED me. Glad I finally found my go to for Connecticut.

Our move from out of state, although not far, was a dramatic change for us and Sam and Melinda made us feel at home even before finding one. On our first tour, he gifted us a handmade Christmas wreath and took the time to understand our situation. He has a calm and composed approach to real estate. He listens and asks questions first. I bought a house some years ago and don't remember the name of the agent I worked with. I'm pretty sure I'll remember Samuel Ham's name years from now. I recently bought a house in Norwalk and got referred to Sam by a neighbor. I can't say enough good things about the experience. It was surprisingly smooth, painless...easy! Yep, despite the crazy, pandemic housing market. Sam kept me on track, reminding me what I said I wanted when I was wavering or veering away from my original plan. He is a professional but I felt like he had my back the entire time, like he really cared about my finding a place I loved. He was responsive, patient, personable. Within days of working with him, it became very clear that he had the experience, expertise and connections to make my dream happen in a climate that's sounded like a nightmare for many buyers. Sam's connections?! They. Are. Everything! Honestly, I feel like I hit the jackpot finding Sam, partly because he knows someone reliable who can help you with any issue that comes up in the process. His mortgage bank reco? They made things smooth and simple...and even sent me little gifts to mark the various milestones along the way! His oil tank guy, handyman, electrician..all great. I joked with family and friends that Sam "has a guy" for everything and he really does! I have this sneaking feeling that lots of convos happened on my behalf between Sam and all his contacts.
