Building Inspector has stated home is not safe to be in. Tree is still on top of house. Please do not enter the house. May only be viewed from the outside. Power has been shut off. Stay outside of marked off areas. Home needs new septic. The structure will be conveyed "as-is, where-is, with all faults." Sellers obligation to close is contingent on all issues with respect to open insurance claims being resolved prior to closing and the seller having received all payment due under the insurance of the relevant insurance policies. Seller makes no representation whatsoever with regards to condition of the property. Buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the property needs significant renovation due to tree damage.
