When comparing Florida communities, consider how long it may take to reach the places you'll visit regularly.

• Shopping

• Family

• Airports

• Recreational activities

Your perfect house becomes less perfect if you're unhappy with your daily routine.

How Often Will You Really Go to the Beach?

Many relocating buyers tell us that proximity to the beach is a priority.

That's completely understandable.

But ask yourself how frequently you realistically expect to go.

If it's several times per week, location may be a major priority.

Explore the surrounding area.

Go to the grocery store.

Drive toward work.

Visit the places you think you'll use.

This can give you a much better feel for daily life than a map alone.
